PATRÓN Tequila have a multi-year partnership with Oracle Red Bull Racing (ORBR). This collaboration was inspired not only by ORBR’s impressive track record, but also by the presence of driver Sergio Perez - a prominent PATRÓN ambassador. To date, Velocity's responsibilities include comprehensive global partnership management, rights management, VIP guest management, toolkit creation and liaising with ORBR to ensure PATRÓN maximises their partnership. Velocity also consult with PATRÓN local markets to optimise Formula 1 activation strategies across the world. Our dedicated efforts ensure PATRÓN achieves their objectives and fully leverages their partnership with ORBR. 

GUEST MANAGMENT & EVENT PRODUCTION

For the Monaco and Silverstone Grand Prix, Velocity designed and delivered a comprehensive guest management program for PATRÓN's VIP guests, including A-list celebrities, influencers, and C-suite executives. The team executed a 360-degree program, ensuring a seamless and unforgettable experience both on and off the track.

On-track experiences included hosting in the Paddock Club and liaising with Oracle Red Bull Racing to organise exclusive activities such as hot laps, garage tours, pit lane walks, and dinners at the Red Bull Energy Station. Beyond the track, Velocity produced a number luxury high-end events with PATRÓN cocktails, private dinners, and after-parties - providing unparalleled culinary experiences and exclusive entertainment. Additionally, the team managed all guest logistics, from hotel bookings to transport arrangements and developed and curated the smaller details of gifting and collateral.
